Manufacturer's Warranty

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. If the Chopper Spotter does not live up to your expectations for any reason in the first two weeks, we will make a complete refund of the purchase price upon return to the factory in Blue River, Wisconsin, USA, including any packaging expenses, but not including shipping. The Chopper Spotter is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE YEAR. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the Chopper Spotter is delivered to the factory in Blue River, Wisconsin, we will make repairs with no labor charges for the LIFE OF THE MACHINE, even if not owned by the original purchaser.

As the manufacturer, we cannot control the use of the Chopper Spotter, nor can we control the amount of care with which it is operated. Therefore, J.B. Knowles, Inc. accepts no liability for any consequential or incidental damage that may result from the use or misuse of the Chopper Spotter. The limit of the liability in all events is limited to replacement of the Chopper Spotter or parts thereof.

Terms

The Chopper Spotter is sold complete for one model helicopter. Standard equipment includes the battery charger, battery power gauge, and all lifting adapters and yokes. The batteries are shipped without battery acid. Minor assembly is required.

Extra yokes, arms, and tubes are available if you need to move more than one model helicopter.

Payment in advance, or 25% deposit with balance C.O.D.
